We currently ship to the following countries: New Zealand and United Kingdom.
We will open up to more countries soon.

* If you are ordering from overseas please note there is no exchange or refund available for international orders and that all customs, import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
⟡ All orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays)
⟡ Our standard handling time is 1- 2 business days and shipping time is in addition to this. During special promotions, peak periods or public holidays, this might be exceeded.
⟡ Your order will be shipped from NSW, Australia.
⟡ Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the progress of your delivery, along with an estimated delivery time.
Note: If your order has been processed by our team it is not possible to change or cancel the order. Please notify us ASAP if you want to update your order. Once your order has been shipped we are unable to change the address or intercept the order.
Returns
We want you to love your new Gypsea Loop Bangle.
⟡ If the size isn't quite right please let us know and we can offer you free exchange within 14 days of purchase within Australia only.
⟡ Gypsea Loop will only exchange products purchased directly from the official online store and do not offer a refund for change of mind.
⟡ We will cover the cost to exchange your bangle Australia wide.
⟡ No exchange or refunds on International orders.
⟡ If you wish to exchange your purchase, the bangle must be returned undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, with hair ties unopened and unused. We will not accept responsibility for any damage made to jewellery caused during transit if it is not returned in its original packaging.
⟡ Gypsea Loop reserves the right to deny an exchange if items returned appear to be used, worn, damaged or scratched. Items will be returned to the sender with the cost of return shipping at the customers expense.

⟡ Exchanges are returned using Australia Post and once received will generally take up to 5 days in Australia (excluding public holidays and weekends).
⟡ Exchange is subject to stock availability. If stock is unavailable the customer can request the item to be put on backorder. Once the item is in stock it will be delivered to the customer.
⟡ No exchange or refund will be provided for hair ties if they have been opened due to hygiene reasons.
⟡ There is a 10% cancellation fee for change of mind if the order has not been sent yet.
⟡ If your bangle purchase does not fit and you require a refund, there will be a 10% administration fee.
Bangles within the 3-stack bundle cannot be exchanged for different sizes. They are sold as a set in one size.
✦ Sending your bangle back -
⟡ Lodge your return request via info@gypsealoop.com
⟡ Once approved you will then receive an email with a prepaid label.
⟡ Send your order back in the original package/sturdy carton to make sure it arrives in good condition.
⟡ Please ship your return at your first convenience as shipping labels will expire after 30 days.
⟡ Once we receive your order back, our team will take up to 7 business days to process your order. You’ll receive an email confirming your return once it is approved and updates on your new delivery details if applicable.
⟡ Shipping costs are not refundable.
