2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. One entry per person. Employees, agents, and immediate family of the promoter are ineligible to enter.

3. Entry Period
The first giveaway opens at 11:00 AM AEST on 15 August 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 15 October 2025. Future draws will open and close on a two-month cycle unless otherwise stated.

4. How to Enter
Entrants must complete the Meta lead form for the Gypsea Loop Giveaway during the entry period. No purchase is necessary.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Gypsea Loop Hair Tie Bangle valued at $119 AUD. The winner may select colour (Gold, Silver, Rose Gold) and size (XS, S, M, L) subject to stock availability at the time of selection. Prize includes free shipping within Australia.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be drawn at random within two (2) days of the competition closing and notified by email. The winner has 14 days from notification to claim the prize by confirming their preferred size and colour. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Variation & Delay
If events outside the promoter’s reasonable control occur (including supply issues or system outages), the promoter may extend the entry period or delay the draw until it is reasonably able to proceed.

8. Unclaimed Prizes
If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and will not be redrawn.
