Now Shipping to the USA 🇺🇸
We’re excited to announce that U.S. shipping is back. All product prices now include U.S. import tariffs - no extra fees at checkout.
⟡ All orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
⟡ Our standard handling time is 1- 2 business days and shipping time is in addition to this. During special promotions, peak periods or public holidays, this might be exceeded.
⟡ Your order will be shipped from NSW, Australia.
⟡ Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the progress of your delivery, along with an estimated delivery time.
⟡ If using a parcel locker or post office collection, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect their parcel in a timely manner. This applies to both domestic and international orders. If a parcel is not collected and incurs a non-collection fee or re-delivery cost, the customer will be responsible for these additional charges.
Please note: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the shipment. Please contact us ASAP for any updates before dispatch.

Returns
We want you to love your new Gypsea Loop Bangle.
⟡ If the size isn’t quite right, please let us know and we can offer you a size exchange within 14 days of purchase (Australia only).
⟡ We offer one complimentary size exchange per order, including return shipping and redelivery within Australia. If additional size exchanges are needed, we’re always happy to help - we simply ask that postage costs both ways are covered by the customer.
⟡ Gypsea Loop will only exchange products purchased directly from our official online store. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
⟡ We do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders. However, if a size exchange is needed, we’re happy to assist - return and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
⟡ All items must be returned undamaged, in original condition and packaging, with hair ties unopened and unused. We are not responsible for damage during transit if items are not returned in their original packaging.
⟡ If you'd like to swap your bangle for a different colour, we’re happy to help - we just ask that return postage is covered by the customer.
⟡ Gypsea Loop reserves the right to deny an exchange if items appear used, worn, damaged, or scratched. Items will be returned at the customer’s expense.
To initiate an exchange -
Please reply to your order confirmation email or complete the Contact Us form and include your order number.
⟡ Exchanges are returned using Australia Post and, once received, are typically processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
⟡ Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, items can be placed on backorder and shipped once restocked.
⟡ Hair ties cannot be exchanged or refunded once opened due to hygiene reasons.
⟡ A 10% cancellation/administration fee applies for change of mind cancellations prior to dispatch.
⟡ If requesting a refund due to sizing, a 10% administration fee will apply.
⟡ Shipping costs are non-refundable.
⟡ Bangles within the 3-stack bundle cannot be exchanged for different sizes and are sold as a set.
✦ Sending your bangle back
⟡ Lodge your request via email reply or our contact us form (please include your order number)
⟡ Once approved, you will receive instructions (and a prepaid label for eligible exchanges)
⟡ Please return your order in ‘as new’ condition, with no signs of wear, and in the original packaging to ensure it arrives safely.
⟡ Please send your return promptly, as shipping labels expire after 30 days.
⟡ Once received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing
