Our bangles are made from the highest quality stainless steel and go through a Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) coating process. This is ten times stronger than standard gold or silver plating, making it 100% waterproof, sweatproof, tarnish-free, nickel-free and hypoallergenic. 

PVD is an environmentally friendly vacuum coating process that actually permeates and bonds with the base metal. This provides a brilliant finish and an extremely tough, durable, long lasting coating. 

Our gold bangles are plated with 18k gold and our silver bangles are high polished stainless silver.

The advantage of stainless steel over other jewellery, like sterling silver, is that stainless steel does not tarnish or corrode by chemical reaction with water or other substances like perfume or creams. It maintains its lustre and doesn't require any maintenance, unlike sterling silver or other gold-plated jewellery.

Stainless steel is a very stable and non-reactive metal, it won't cause irritation on skin and is classified hypoallergenic for sensitive skin.

Our first bangle run includes a small, medium and large size bangle. In time we plan to release more sizes in our range depending on demand.

If you find your hand measurement doesn’t match our current sizes we'd love to hear from you via email info@gypsealoop.com as this will help us with product development to cater for everyone.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new purchase, and offer a 60 day manufacturing warranty on our bangles. If anything about your order is less than perfect, please contact us straight away with your order number and a photo of your bangle and we will be happy to sort it out for you. If you would like to spoil someone special with a hair tie bangle but you don't know their size - we've got you covered. Simply purchase a Gypsea Loop Gift Card - this way you can be sure they will order the right size.

Another option is to ask a close relative or partner for some sneaky measuring. Ask them to get the measurements for you, or if they already have an oval bangle, simply measure the inside diameter.

We ship using Australia Post within Australia which usually takes 1-3 business days. Please note that this is an estimate based on Australia Post information and you will need to account for weekends and public holidays.
